Nico has been hopelessly addicted to golf course architecture and design ever since his first trip to Bandon Dunes in the fall of 2014. He has traveled to some of the great golf destinations on earth, including Pinehurst, the Monterey Peninsula, Ireland, and many more. Nico has worked on multiple design projects ranging from backyard putting greens, professional practice areas, to complete course renovations; and is now focusing on writing about golf architecture, history, and travel.

Following in the footsteps of his father and brother, Jack came to know and love the game as a convert. Getting dragged around the San Francisco Bay Area with his brother, he finally played Pacific Grove Golf Links. “I think it was the par-5 12th that really solidified my legitimate love for the game.” He has been chasing the white ball around America ever since.

If Kevin could spend the rest of his days playing the local nine holer with one club and a six pack, he would be completely content. His old school, simplistic approach to the game is refreshing, and the Subtletees crew is lucky to have him.
